🕑 Processing Time
Every order is carefully produced based on your personal design.
Our average processing time is:

1–2 business days after receipt of payment and a correctly supplied file.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (and technically in order) often go into production the same or next business day.
For non-standard orders or larger quantities, we will contact you about the expected delivery time.

Your DTF transfers are carefully packed in flat boxes or sturdy tubes, depending on the size. This way, we guarantee that your prints arrive neat and undamaged.
We ship with reliable carriers such as PostNL or DHL, depending on speed, size, and destination.
📍 Pickup (optional)
If you live nearby and prefer to pick up your order? That is possible by arrangement!

🔁 Delayed delivery or delivery problems?
Although we strive for fast delivery, it may occasionally happen that a package is delayed with the carrier. We actively monitor every shipment, but please feel free to contact us if you have not received anything after 5 business days.
