Return Policy – Personalized Products
At DTFprintings, we do our utmost to produce every product with care and precision. Because our products are custom-made, modified return conditions apply.
❌ No standard right of return for custom work
According to article 10 of the Dutch Distance Selling Act, the right of withdrawal is excluded for personalized products. This means that you cannot return or cancel your order once it has entered production or been shipped.
Our DTF transfers, printed clothing, and other custom-made items are produced specifically for you based on the design you provided or the specifications you chose.
✅ Our fault? We'll fix it.
Have you received the wrong item, was your product damaged during transport, or is there a production or printing error beyond your control? Please contact us within 5 working days of receipt via:

After assessment, if the fault lies with us, we will offer a free reprint, partial refund, or other appropriate solution.
ℹ️ Pay attention when supplying files
The customer is responsible for:

The correct spelling, colors, and positioning in the design

The resolution and quality of the submitted file

Any copyrights on the design
We check the file for technical feasibility, but not for content. Therefore, carefully check your design before placing the order.
🕓 Cancellation before production
Do you want to cancel your order? This is only possible if production has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible. If production has already started, we unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancellations.
📦 Shipping costs for returns
In the event of an accepted return (e.g., our fault), we will, of course, reimburse the shipping costs. For returns without a valid reason (not allowed for custom work), no costs will be reimbursed.
