1. What exactly is DTF printing?
DTF stands for Direct to Film. Your design is printed in high resolution onto a special transparent film. This print is then coated with adhesive powder and is ready to be transferred to fabric using a heat press.
DTF is ideal for sharp, colorful prints on all types of fabrics – without the need for pre-treatment, unlike DTG.

For the best results, we require the following:

Colors: RGB or CMYK (we print in CMYK + white)

5. Can I supply multiple designs on one sheet?
Yes, that is called a gangsheet. You can fill a sheet with multiple designs and supply it as one file.
Use our convenient gang sheet builder to easily create your design.
Please note: ensure correct layout and margins yourself. We do not cut the sheet separately unless otherwise agreed.
6. What are your delivery times?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. All packages are sent with track & trace via PostNL or DHL.
8. How should I apply the DTF transfer to textiles?
Standard pressing instructions:
We always include pressing instructions with your order.
9. Can I return or cancel an order?
Because our DTF transfers are personalized, they cannot be returned or canceled once they have entered production.
If you have a complaint or if an error was made by us, please contact us within 5 business days with photos, and we will, of course, resolve it properly.
10. Can I also order a sample?
Yes, you can order a test print or sample sheet to assess our quality.
Simply order a FREE sample package.
11. Do you also offer textiles or only the transfers?
By default, we only supply the DTF transfers.
Upon request, we can also supply and print textiles. Please contact us for a customized quote.
12. Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! For larger quantities or regular orders, we offer attractive bulk discounts.

13. Can I have my own gangsheet created?
Yes, if you are not skilled in design, we can create it for you at a small additional cost. Send your individual files, and we will combine them into one sheet.
